“Yoga embodies unity of mind and body; thought and action; restraint and fulfilment; harmony between man and nature; a holistic approach to health and well being,” he said, adding “By changing our lifestyle and creating consciousness, it can help us deal with climate change.”
So 21st June was officially declared International Yoga Day!
To celebrate this day, a group of experienced Yoga Teachers from Hampshire have got together to provide an afternoon of yoga. Allowing the people of Hampshire and beyond to celebrate their love of yoga or discover different styles of Yoga, Thai Massage and Mindfulness. The Yoga Festival will be held at Stockbridge Town Hall, a picturesque market town in Hampshire on Sunday 21st June from 12pm to 6pm. The event is £10 for an unlimited number of classes with all proceeds being donated to Nepal Earthquake Appeal.
